Good hotel with free wi-fi, cozy bar area, and friendly staff. They even helped return my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay! I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Christmas.

I recently stayed at The Crown in Wells, enjoying its charming historical ambiance and exceptional location. The breakfast offered fresh local produce, which I appreciated. morning noise from the market disrupted my yoga practice. Still, I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return.

the crown is in a fantastic location, right by a lovely pub. our room had a magical view of the square and the cathedral. the staff were friendly, and we felt well taken care of. it was great to see the place following healthy guidelines during our stay.

We stayed for a weekend and loved the cozy four-poster bed. the jacuzzi bath was a delightful surprise! There’s a lovely sun terrace where you can enjoy a drink or just unwind in the afternoon sun. The only downside was a bit of early noise from housekeeping, but it didn’t spoil our fun! 😊

I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the historical vibe. The oak beams and leaded windows were stunning! Breakfast was decent with local produce, but the shower pressure was a bit of a letdown. could've used a better clean as there were a few stains around. The bar area had a good selection of ales, which was nice!
